The Health Program promotes self-care and disease prevention in the University Community at the UPN. In that sense, there are actions against cardiovascular risk and promoting sexual and reproductive health education and family planning. Through the program “Friendly Rooms”, breastfeeding mothers are encouraged to continue feeding their babies during their stay in the university, offering the optimal conditions for the extraction, conservation, and transport of breast milk. At the ​​dentistry area, the patient may be trained so he/she acquires good habits of oral health hygiene and prevention of oral diseases. Likewise, the physiotherapy office promotes proper posture habits, calisthenics and muscle strengthening to prevent musculoskeletal injuries during academic and work activities.
