List of beneficiary students for the Student Services Support (ASE) program 2023-1

The University informs the students who are listed in this list, that next Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., in El Torreón B-419, will take place the first meeting of the ASE 2023-1 Program whose purpose is to confirm the acceptance of the benefit.

Beneficiary student, remember that this meeting is mandatory, if you do not attend your place will be assigned to the students who are on the waiting list.

Information regarding the results of the Enrollment Settlement Review process for the second semester of 2022

Students who participated and applied to the Enrollment Settlement Review process for the second semester of 2022 are informed that the results of said process will be published no later than July 15, 2022, due to the modification of the Resolution that regulates the process in question and the adjustments that must be made around it.

Publication of the results of the Enrollment Fractionation procedure for the semester 2022-I

The Subdirectorate of University Welfare presents the results of the Enrollment Fractionation procedure for the semester 2022-I, in which 22 students are related, who complied with the provisions.

The benefited students are informed that the three (3) payment receipts can be downloaded from March 4, 2022, therefore, they must be paid without exception on the established dates. It is suggested to download the three (3) receipts once they are issued, so that there are no setbacks when paying the respective fees.

Respected student, remember that the first payment corresponds to 30% of the value of the tuition fees plus values ​​corresponding to the issuance or renewal of the card and student insurance. The term to make this payment expires ten (10) business days following the generation of the tuition fee receipt. The second and third payment each equivalent to 35% of the value of the ordinary tuition, which must be paid the second installment in the 8th week of the semester and the third installment in the 12th week of the semester.

First meeting of the ASE 2022-I program

The University Welfare Subdirectorate (SBU) and the University Community Orientation and Support Group (GOAE) inform the students who are referenced in this list, that next Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 10: 00 a.m., in Torreón B – 419, the first meeting of the ASE 2022-1 program will be held, which aims to confirm the acceptance of the benefit.

Beneficiary student remember that this meeting is mandatory, if you do not attend, your seat will be assigned to the students on the waiting list.

CALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF FOOD BONUSES FOR SEMESTER 2021-I FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

The University Well-being Subdirectorate summons undergraduate students interested in the benefit of food vouchers for the first semester of 2021 (agreement 034 / 2017- See the variables for assigning the subsidized lunch service Resolution 0171 of 2018).

The university will assign the food voucher benefit to 2,100 undergraduate students with the purpose of supplying the subsidized lunch service corresponding to the 2021-1 semester, this benefit will be delivered to enrolled students whose socioeconomic situation warrants it.
